By buying on this website you automatically accept the conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read through the terms carefully before you act.

Purchase of Goods

Once you have selected the items you want and placed them, please fill out your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a unique order number. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. You receive your final order confirmation and receipt once the payment is approved and the product is registered in our warehouse.

Payment

At BYLUMA, you can pay by PayPal or the major credit cards. The amount will be deducted from your account upon making the order.

All prices at BYLUMA are stated in Euro including VAT, if applicable, but exclude any shipping charges and costs, which apply to all orders, except in specific circumstances promoted on the website from time to time.

Delivery duties are included in the item price when shipping to European Union, The United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and U.A.E. All import duties are included in your order – the price you see is the price you pay. But these import duties will not be refunded in the case of returns but eh customer.

BYLUMA will not be responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in any other country where shipment is made to. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

The following countries are members of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus (South Cyprus only), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. 

Safety

The safety of your information is a top priority for us. All communication between your payment and our payment gateway is encrypted with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Neither BYLUMA nor other unauthorised persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged during your purchase. At BYLUMA your personal contact information is a 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one else can get access to it.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on shipping country and are insured against theft and accidental damage.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM till 16.00 PM CET (with the exception of Spanish public holidays). Orders are ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment – at the latest. During peak season orders can be delayed due to back log for the courier companies.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything you order from us at BYLUMA. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your order, you can return any article (including sales items) within 14 days of receipt (see below regarding charges and expenses). The easiest and quickest way to exchange an item is to return your item(s), and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to order. Returns can only be arranged from the same address to which the delivery was made.

Returns Procedure

  • BYLUMA does not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed. All articles must be returned including original BYLUMA tags and any additional designer packaging attached – including tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc. All articles must be returned in their original packaging in the same state in which they were delivered. The packaging may not be damaged as this is considered a part of the article. 

  • As soon as we have received a returned article it will undergo a quality control check. 

  • Returns which do not meet our Returns Policy will not be refunded and the customer has the right to claim the item(s) back at their expense.

  • You can expect to receive a refund on approved returns within 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned parcel. 

  • Refunds for approved returns are given back on the original credit card used for making the original purchase, excluding any delivery costs.

Return Expenses

EUROPE (EXCLUDING UK) - BYLUMA will cover the costs of any returns from a customer in the EU within the period of 14 days from delivery date. Simply email:  customer.service@by-luma.com and we will arrange for the pickup of your parcel from the same delivery address. BYLUMA does not refund any delivery costs.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING UK)- BYLUMA does not cover return and exchange expenses internationally nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at by-luma.com.

  • For international costumers we recommend using FedEx or UPS to make sure that they are protected and ensured during transit. As soon as we have processed your return or exchange you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. 

  • We do not recommend using normal postal services to return or exchange items as return as the parcel often will be assigned to a drop off post office and we are not able to collect parcels outside of the warehouse. 

  • If you are returning an article (or articles) you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days from we receive the returned parcel. 

  • All articles must be returned including original BYLUMA tags and any additional designer packaging attached including tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc. All articles must be returned in their original packaging and in original state. The packaging may not be damaged as this is considered a part of the article. Refunds are given back on the credit card used for making the original purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping of return and exchange articles until their package has been returned to us at the address above. Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to BYLUMA. Packages that are lost in transit will not be compensated by us.

Claims

All articles are covered by applicable Spanish laws, giving customers 24 months to file a complaint on an item. As a customer you can complain about defects or deficiencies that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects, deficiencies or wearing are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or by regular wear and tear the right to complaint is rejected.

By-luma.com cannot be held responsible for articles that are sold out at the time of an order; but will return any amount paid, including any shipping costs charged, in respect of such item. Typos or misprints may occur, and BYLUMA cannot be held responsible for these.
